Salvation Army Holiday Applications

Dear Families,

The Salvation Army will be accepting Holiday applications, for food & toy assistance, here in the school's gym Tuesday, November 10th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

They ask that you bring the following:

*Verification of Address
*Adults: Government ID or Passport.
*Children: Birth Certificate, Immunization record, current report card or an enrollment verification from school.
(Due to circumstances, they understand some items may not be available.)

Due to Oregon mandates, masks are required for all who come into the building. If you may need a translator, please bring someone with you.
