Dear Families of 2023-24 Kindergarten Students:

We are so excited that you will be joining us in Kindergarten during the 2023-24 school year. We will be holding our annual Kindergarten Round Up Night Thursday, May 4th, 5:00-6:00pm English session AND 6:00-7:00pm Spanish session. 

First of all, your child must be 5 years old before September 1st, 2023. Next, your child must have ONE vaccination before starting school for each of the following required vaccines: Dtap, MMR, Varicella, Hep A, Hep B, and Polio.

Verify you live in North Santiam School District, Stayton Elementary School attendance area. To see if your residence is within the Stayton Elementary School boundaries you can go to the SCHOOLS/BOUNDARIES page.

Enrollment packets can be picked up in the school office, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

You will need to provide our school with the following documents when enrolling your kindergarten student for the 2023-24 school year. You may drop these documents off at school with your enrollment packet.

Documents include:

* Birth Certificate or a different form to prove child's age
* Immunization Records
* Proof of Residency which consists of:

1. Utility bill with your name and address listed
2. Lease / Rental Agreement
3. Mortgage Statement
