Stayton High School will be providing online registration this year through Registar.  Whether you are a new student or a returning student, you can access the link below to the registration portal.  


    Registration walkthrough: 

    *Note: If your student is planning to enroll in the NSSD Options academy, you still need to register online first.  To learn more about Options Academy, go HERE.  Registration is scheduled to close August 14.

    * You will need to use a chromebook or computer to register.  Registration with a phone will not work.

    • Click on the link above.  This will take you to the Registar registration and login page.

    • For re-enrollments: Use your Pinnacle (PIV) login to access the system.  Check you email for this number, or contact the SHS office.

    • When you visit the page for the first time you will click on the “Returning Students” link. Once you are registered, you will be able to use the “Existing User Login” link.

    • When the home page opens, click alt  button and your student(s) names will appear.

    • New to Stayton High School? When you visit the page for the first time you will click on the “New to District” link. Once you are registered, you will be able to use the “Existing User Login” link. (If you are coming from one of the NSSD middle schools as an 8th grader, you are a "re-enrollment," not a new student).

    • For re-enrollments your household information will be visible in the dashboard. For new enrollments, you will need to enter this information. 

    • Complete registration steps 1-8 for each student.

    • After steps 1-8 are complete, please return to the registration link on the school website for additional required and optional forms. These forms can be printed at home or copies will be provided during registration.


     Registration FAQ’s

      • What if I do not have an email address?

        • There are many free, web-based, email providers that are currently available. It usually takes just a few minutes to create an account.

          • If you go to www.gmail.com you can click on the link that says "Create an Account."

          • If you go to www.hotmail.com, you can click the link that says "Sign up."

          • There is also www.yahoo.com, where you can click the link that says "Sign up."

      • What if I do not have a computer or internet access at home?

        • You may call and schedule an appointment to use one of the computers at the school.

        • You may use a public computer at the Stayton Library

      • What if I don’t know the number of my emergency contact?

        • We cannot have an emergency contact without a number listed. This is a required field.

      • What if I don't have the information for a required field?

        • Use all 0's of you dont have a phone number for a contact person

        • Write "None" in the field (Example:  Dentist name:  None).

  • New student registration tips

    Please be prepared to provide the following documents:
    • Birth Certificate, adoption paper, legal guardianship documentation, and/or passport
    • Proof of Residency (utility statement or rental agreement dated within the last 60 days, or mortgage/lease agreement identifying physical address)
    • Transcript
    • Withdrawal Grades
    • most recent IEP and Statement of Eligibility for Special Education Services (if applicable)
    • 504 Plan (if applicable)
    • Current immunization records
    Some of these documents can be requested from the student's previous school, however, providing these documents will help expedite the enrollment process. Please contact the Registrar if you have questions or need more information.
