• To register a new student, please contact our Registrar to obtain registration documents and schedule a meeting with a counselor, or request more information:

    Please be prepared to provide the following documents:
    • Birth Certificate, adoption paper, legal guardianship documentation, and/or passport
    • Proof of Residency (utility statement or rental agreement dated within the last 60 days, or mortgage/lease agreement identifying physical address)
    • Transcript
    • Withdrawal Grades
    • most recent IEP and Statement of Eligibility for Special Education Services (if applicable)
    • 504 Plan (if applicable)
    • Current immunization records
    Some of these documents can be requested from the student's previous school, however, providing these documents will help expedite the enrollment process. Please contact the Registrar if you have questions or need more information.
