• Welcome to our District in the heart of the Willamette Valley!  We are located 17 miles east of Salem, the state capital of Oregon.  Our District Office serves Stayton Elementary K-3, Stayton Intermediate, and Middle schools 4-8, Sublimity Schools K-8, Mari-Linn School K-8, Stayton High School 9-12, and an online school, Options Academy.

    Our mission as a department is to partner with district leadership to support our students by providing the information and support needed to recruit, hire, develop and retain highly qualified employees.  We are looking for employees that model the highest standards and organizational values and maintain relationships which are positive, productive, ethical and caring.  One of the Human Resources department's main priorities is to protect the District's employees, property and finances from avoidable loss.  Our goal is to exhibit the highest level of professionalism and commitment in serving the employees of the North Santiam School District.
